Ambassador and flycasting instructor in LTS Flyfishing Denmark
I was born in 1985 and raised in Randers near Gudenåens delta and beautiful shores of eastern Jutland, where I have been fishing since I was sitting in the stroller - my father casted out and I rolled in. On a tour to the coast with parents in the mid 90'es we found a left behind fly box. My father and I was immediately gripped by all the beautiful flies and curiosity led to investment in a fly rod. This was the beginning of my journey through flyfishing fairy-tale world.
My involvement in the sport fishing industry began in earnest on a more professional level in 2004 when I started a two-year study in sport fishing tourism in Forshaga Sport Fishing Academy in Sweden. Since then I guided in Klarälven (Sweden), Gaula, Orkla and Maalselven (Norway), primarily for salmon. I have also worked on Syrstad brothers fly fishing school in Orkla as an instructor and guide, teaching fly casting and fishing techniques, worked at several large fishing tackle wholesalers and retailers, as well as much more.
Additionally, I am an educated molecular biologist specializing in inflammatory bowel disease, nanomedicine and 'drug delivery'.
